My neighbor moved and gave me a nice Thule roof rack for which he had lost the key. I got the key number from the lock face. The two replacement keys from etrailer work perfectly. My first transaction with etrailer.com. Great service. I'll be back.
Just replacement keys for thule rack, no big deal but the customer service from these guys was excellent. Treated me like I was a big ticket customer and the communication was very uncommon and over the top in our day and age. These guys are tops and I will do all my future business with them. As good as it gets.
Inexpensive extra key to have for a spare. The first couple times in my older locks it was a bit tight and I had to wiggle it a bit to get the lock to unlock, but it works perfectly after that.

I bought a used Thule Roof Box with only one key. I ordered this from etrailer to have a back-up key. It arrived quickly, worked, and was reasonably priced. Five stars.
Lost the keys for my Thule Box. I needed them fairly quickly as I am leaving for Colorado soon.
Gwendolyn was quick to respond, saying the key I needed was in stock and could be shipped immediately. The keys arrived in 4 days, I was able to open it, get it on the roof and tighten it down.

Works perfect
This is a low tech item (a key), but since I don't think Thule makes the same model bike rack anymore I was apprehensive that I would be unable to find a replacement key for the hitch mount. I was pleased that this key fits perfectly and now I can remove/remount the bike rack as necessary. BTW, I got my Thule bike rack from eTrailer and was very pleased.
I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.
They did a great job communicating and letting us know when it shipped, and making it easy for us to track during shipping.
I had a SEARS SPORT 20-SV (roof top cargo carrier )with lock numbers 2818 right above where you insert the key. I just added the letter (N) before the. So I ordered N2818 and it worked perfectly!! Two day shipping was right on time.
Worked for my 1989 VW GTI's roof rack. Very nice that you can still order older keys for older Thule units.

Poor customer service requested a key replace a few weeks ago never received it shipped out another never provided a tracking number for the 2nd one. Customer answered the phone didn’t bother to provide it either but you taken my money with no problem but yet no key. Terrible service and people skills I hope in the fitugff
The key really isn’t the problem the lock is jammed ip and I called the factory and said they won’t sell me a new lock I have to buy a whole new cargo box that’s why I’m leaving a bad review

The replacement keys which I ordered from trailer worked perfectly. So far, I have not needed any other carrier or rack parts but when i do, Ill be ordering them from trailer.
