Replaces 1 lost or damaged Thule bike rack arm endcap. Fits onto the end of the arms on Thule Trailblazer, Spare Me, Ridgeline, Revolver, and Roadway bicycle carriers.The new end caps are identical to the old ones which actually were still in good shape but I had to remove them in order to install new rubber tie down straps on the cradles; therefore I thought the new end caps would fit very snugly when I put them on. They did not fit snugly and I realized there must have been a screw or a brad of some sort holding the old end caps on as they were very difficult to remove. After examining the old and new end caps I noticed a hole on the bottom of each one and a hole through the metal rod on which the end caps fit and then I realized that must be where a screw or brad has to be inserted to secure the end caps. None came with the new end caps nor any installation instructions so I improvised by using glue and a metal screw to secure the new end caps.
I have been pleased with all Thule replacement parts received from etrailer.
The employees have been especially helpful in keeping me informed on
the progress of the shipments. The particular end cap simply completes
a re-built Thule bike rack on my JEEP. Very satisfied.
