Footmuff for Thule Strollers - Shadow Gray

Michael: Hi there, I'm Michael, with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at the Thule Footmuff. This is going to attach to your Thule stroller to allow you to quickly bundle up your little one on those chilly days while you're out and about. This is designed to work with the Thule Sleek as well as the Thule Chariot and Thule Glide 2. It will also work with the Thule Urban Glide 2 and Urban Glide 2 Double strollers.This does have a nice insulated fleece on the inside here. That's going to help keep our little one warm in addition to our padding that is throughout the whole thing.

You can see on the inside we do have these openings here that will allow this to be compatible with all five-point safety harnesses. Now, keep in mind, if you are thinking about using this with your car seat, you do want to be very careful with any products that you're using in your child's car seat. So be sure to follow your car seat's instructions.This is a nice temperature controlled option for you. So not only can you get them all bundled up nice and cozy, that zipped up, we can also cinch down the hood a little bit to help protect their little noggins. But then if they are getting a little bit too warm, we can also unzip this front portion to varying degrees, help them cool off a little bit.

We've also got a double zipper here at the bottom, so we can open this up at the bottom, let their little feet have a little bit more room to wiggle around, or we can completely remove this top portion and make it into more of a comfy seat liner on those warm days.So you can see with this open that the fleece is only going to go down to about their waist. And then this bottom portion is going to be just a polyester, kind of smooth textured. So that's going to be very easy to get clean. It's not going to hold onto stains and dirt, should be tear resistant. So it should hold up well and do a good job for you.

As far as cleaning goes, this can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water. It can also be machine dried on a no heat tumble dry setting. But you will probably want to hang it up to dry completely. So overall, very easy to keep clean if there's any spills or blowouts or anything like that in there. This does also allow us to cover up the top of that zipper so that their little faces are protected from anything hard.Now, this does come in a variety of different colors.

This one here is the Gray Melange. This is going to have kind of a heather gray color to it. On the other options, we've got a Shadow Gray, which I've got here for you. So you can see this as more of a solid gray compared to the heather there, but they're both going to be the exact same thing, same size, same materials, just a different color. We also have the Navy Blue option, as well as the Energy Red and the Midnight Black. All those are available here at etrailer.com, and you can find them using the part numbers that you see on the screen there. Just a matter of preference which color would go best with your setup.Now, as far as measurements go, this is going to be right about 25 inches, so just an inch over two feet from our bottom zipper here up to where our little one's face is going to be tucked in. Overall, it's going to be right about three feet long, and then our width we're looking at, I'm going to say probably about 17 inches in total width. So it should be pretty roomy. But again, with that five-point harness compatibility there, it should keep them nice and safe snug in the Thule stroller or any other five-point harness system that you want to use.I think this is going to be a really nice option for your little one. It's very comfy. That fleece in there is very soft, and it is going to do a good job of helping to keep them warm while you're out and about, whether you're out on a stroll enjoying the fall colors, or going Christmas shopping from shop to shop, they will stay warm in here.So that's going to complete our look for today.
