Today we're going to take a look at the replacement spreader controller for SnowEx Salt Spreader. This is going to replace the broken or misplaced controller for your salt spreader. This is going to replace the spreader controller for SnowEx No. D6230 salt spreader. It's going to be compatible with SP325, 575 or 1075.On the front we'll have our power control that will light up whenever that's powered and will also have our blast control. There's also going to be a little digital readout there which is going to tell you the level that we have the spreader set to.
It's also going to give you a few error messages if there was anything that we're to go wrong with your snowplow, including if your controller is out of calibration or if the fuse is blown, motor comes disconnected, overloaded and various other things. There will be some instructions that come with this to let you know what all those readouts mean.On either side of our controller we'll have those small bolts to adjust our bracket. This also comes with two screws and two bolts with two matching nuts so you can get this installed.Overall our box is going to measure about six inches from edge to edge. Going from the outside of the bolt it's going to be more like six and three-quarters of an inch at its widest point. The height on the box is going to be about one and seven-eighths of an inch.
Now depending on how you have the bracket, that might be a little bit more, but the box itself is going to measure that one and seven-eighths of an inch. Then the width of the box is going to be just about four inches. With the knob control it's about four and a half.At the back of the control box it's going to be our connection for our wiring plug there. Also have our spreader adjustment so you can adjust how quickly that spreader is throwing salt.That's going to do it for a look at the replacement spreader controller for SnowEx Salt Spreader.
