Hello neighbors. Welcome back. I'm Steven with etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the replacement tent ladder for your Front Runner rooftop tent. That's right, folks. So this will replace the ladder for your Front Runner rooftop tent.
That tent is sold separately. If you wanna purchase that tent, it's part number TENT 031. So again, Tent 0 3 1 sold separately. Now what that tent ladder here is gonna do, I'm gonna kind of zoom in here so you can see a little better. But right up here in the front, you've got these holes, the eyelids here around there.
Those will attach to the base of your tent with the existing hardware that you should already have with your tent, and they're gonna adjust and they're gonna provide a nice access in and out of the tent itself. Now this bad boy is weigh for 400 pounds. No, I'm not gonna try it today because it's not attached to anything but really simple. You get to see that. I will zoom back in here in a second, but basically you just pull the spring lever, it'll fold down nice and flat, and you can store it that way very, very easily.
Kinda give you a closeup of the material here. So it is a nice aluminum ladder, nice hardware. There's that spring loaded little eye there. So very, very simple design. Again, if you're all the way up and it's latched, you simply pull the spring levers, let it slide down, pull it down, boom, and you're ready to get in and outta your tent.
So extend it like it is now from top, all the way to the bottom to the floor is gonna be 80 and 7/8 inches long. It's gonna be 13 and 3/16 inches wide. And whenever it's totally closed or right here, that width is 3 1/2 inches deep. Now when it's retracted, once it's retracted, it is 45 and 5/16 long. 13 and 3/16 inches wide. And again, that same three and a half inches deep. So here's a look at it folded up. I'm six foot two, so this takes up about half my height, more or less, plus a little more. And again, very lightweight. The capacity, again is 400 pounds capacity. I honestly think this thing weighs 10 pounds at the max, something like that. But again, very nice product. Again, this is the replacement ladder for your rooftop Front Runner rooftop tent. I'm Steve with etrailer. Thanks so much for looking. Have a great day.
