Is There a Installation Video That Will Help With Replacing Shocks On Dexter Model 10 Surge Actuator
While we currently do not have a video showing the replacement process for the Shock # T1242600 on a Dexter Model 10 Brake Actuator # T2478100 it does appear all you need to remove is the 2 large pins along with the top roller to slide the Inner Slide # T2478300183 out the front of your actuator. This will give you access to replace the shocks.

For your Dico Model 10 actuator the Titan replacement Inner Slide Assembly # T2478300183 is going to be exactly what you will need. It is recommended that you install new slide bearings as well so for that you would need part # T1020900. I attached a diagram that shows an exploded view of a Model 10 actuator for you to use as a guide when taking everything apart and putting it back together.
